Please note that the delivery time can only be guaranteed if the item is in stock. If the status of the product is described as "normally despatched within 2 - 5 days" this means we are waiting to receive the product from the manufacturer and we can't offer express delivery at this time.

Unclaimed order
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 10 days.

Orders not received
Orders are shipped from our distribution centre based in France. If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, it is possible that your order was delayed or lost during delivery. We officially declare as lost if the package has not been received within 3 weeks of dispatch. Please visit our Contact us page for any delivery issues.
